   In the US alone, each year over 100,000 people die and many more suffer infections from something that they caught at a hospital. This not only affects sick patients but can also harm doctors, nurses, and any other visitors. From advanced 21st century science, Healthier Sciences has created an arsenal of powerful nanotechnology products to combat unhealthy organisms in the home, workplace and outdoor living environment. These unique formulations provide powerful results and are completely safe for use around people, pets and the environment. This amazing antimicrobial surface protectant saves you time by eliminating the need for frequent cleanings. Our product is safer, longer lasting, and easier to use than the existing products. This shows that the potential growth and demand for this product has very huge possibilities in many different industries, not many products can do that.

 

   We plan to first target the healthcare industry to show a proof of concept and then we plan to target other major markets like military and commercial uses. This may require us to change the packaging or even the product a little to fit the specific need of our customers. For investors, we plan to explain about license of our product and receive a royalty but we will consider selling the company to a chemical or paint company if the opportunity presents itself. Our product is unmatched for chemical or paint company, and thus we must make the most out of the time we have before our IP expires. Since we are the first movers in this case we will have an advantage but we must make long-term commitments with our customers to ensure that no other company can take our product change it slightly, and undercut our price. We will also be spending capital on development for new products so that we don’t go obsolete as a company, our antimicrobial agent can be paired with other medium adhesives like granite, plastic, and even glass that could be used for cell phones which is yet another huge market. Germs and diseases are everywhere on every surface and for as long as there are germs on surfaces we will be fighting to kill them and stop the spread.

Products / Services

   The Healthier Sciences portfolio of products includes One Clean which is natural all-purpose power cleaner, Fresh which is all natural odor eliminator, Smart Shield which is antimicrobial surface protectant, Drain Smart which is eco-safe drainer cleaner, Smart Touch which is ceramic cooker mold protector and Smart Touch which is outdoor furniture and umbrella mold stain protectant. This product will not eliminate all deaths caused by hospital infections, the ones contacted through fabrics, but this gives us potential to create more products and grow. Our products use several technologies. Healthier Sciences uses a “mechanical kill” method instead of “poison kill” in order to preclude bacterial adaptation (superbugs). Healthier Sciences` EPA approved and patented water-based formula creates a bed of nitrogen / silica nano-spikes on applied surfaces. The nano-spikes prevent microbes from attaching to the surface and growing, for up to 90 days. Healthier Sciences resists regular disinfectant washings and does not transfer to humans and pets.

 

   The use of our product could be monetized in several different ways. The first and potentially most profitable would be to license this idea to a large competitor such a Febreze or Woolite and have them do the selling and distribution. If we decide to sell and distribute this product ourselves the biggest markets we would be selling to include hospitals, medical facilities and organizations where infection control is a priority. Our job is to just prove that it works and find the best possible way to monetize this product. The next biggest opportunity will be selling to existing businesses that will find way to use this product like rental car companies, uniform companies, movie theaters, retail sales, restaurants, last large opportunity is selling the product directly to the customer to use in their home, car, etc.

 

Market/Industry Analysis

   The market potential for antimicrobial spray is estimated to reach $3.3 billion by the year 2018 and fabric are the majority of surfaces that will need to be treated. This being said the potential for this product is very high because if fabric is even a quarter of the surfaces that need to be treated then our product would respectively hit revenues of $825,000,000 by the year 2018 assuming market projections and market share are correct.

 

   EPA approved, our product creates an invisible antimicrobial barrier that protects against bacteria, mold and mildew growth for up to 90 days. Also, our product is quick-dries in 3 minutes. Its patented, water-based formula contains no solvents or harsh chemicals and works on porous (fabric) and non-porous (hard) surfaces. Colorless, odorless, and environmentally friendly GREEN, Healthier Sciences` product is ideal for environments where infection control is a priority.

 

Revenue/Business model

   Our company’s primary revenue model is to make the company with inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, and service. Our company aims to sell our products mainly by internet and phone calls, our marketing strategy needs to be focused on the internet advertisement. Also, the company needs to concentrate on the safety and reliability of our products. Customers may not see and touch our products, customers need to check out information on the website.

 

   Then, our company needs to support consistently on the firm infrastructure, human resource management, technology development, and procurement. Mainly, our main focus of the support section is technology development. With continuous development on our products, we need to prove more safety and reliability of our antibacterial products.
